    ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

    I purchased the LED light strips which look nice but the controller never worked in a couple of the strips (although I purchased a lot of them). I've called the DSI number many times and left several messages. I finally emailed DSI and the CSR emailed back that I must find the exact "part number" ... so I dug out the manual and the term is "connector" not controller. Are you fricking kidding me??! I still don't have a reply and a replacement. It would be a hassle to redo all of my lighting but if I knew the aggravation, I would have not purchased this product in the first place!!
