  Worst Insurance provider, there is no communication between the employees, they dont document anything, ended up paying Out of pocket maximum 1500 more as they wont update what I have already paid, really bad experience..

  They make it near impossible to cancel or edit your coverage I have called and they just throw you on hold for over an hour I just left the phone on for hour and ten minutes and forty-nine minutes this is so not right
