    I made a mistake of using this agent without checking reviews first. I was looking for a house to buy and put down a deposit that was taken by Town & Country Title. Inspection brought out items that made me cancel, as allowed by the contract. This is where difficulties started. I was met by rude and unprofessional "service" by the T&C Title. They seemed to ignore/not care what was written down in the contract and make life as difficult as they could. Refusal to accept electonic signatures and forcing seller send inked signatures and thus delaying the process as long as possible is one example of their behavior. Buying or selling a house is stressfull and you need to trust the people you are handing your monies. Unfortunately, Town & Country Title does not meet that requirement.
