  Recently, I helped a Haitian friend whose English comprehension is not good. There is a fraud issue with her checking account in that a check to Wells Fargo was stolen, but still paid by BBT. After repeated visits to the BBT Bank, multiple phone conversations with the young woman handling the account, and finally a conversation with the bank manager, they gave my friend paperwork to take to Wells Fargo. WELL, ACCORDING TO WELLS FARGO - BBT DID NOT PREPARE THE FORM CORRECTLY and they cannot sign it.
  
  I had to call BBT Corporate Offices AND Wells Fargo Headquarters for clarification. Now I have an email from Wells Fargo with the correct information that they need and I will send this to the BBT bank manager. Hopefully, this will result in a correct Affidavit being prepared.
  
  When my friend is reimbursed for the stolen money, we will find a new bank!
